Myfitnesspal for counting macronutrients

Myfitnesspal is in my opinion the best application for counting macro-nutrients online, whether you are using a computer or a smartphone. I have used this application for over a year and it has given me great results on both the bulking and cutting phase. I believe macro-nutrients to be on of the keys to success in weight loss as you do not restrict yourself to any food choices. You can eat whatever just as it fit your macros. It is the healthiest, most enjoyable way of receiving great results while still living a "normal" lifestyle.

Myfitnesspal can be found in the following link; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/. It is easy to set up an account and start counting your macro intake. I personally weigh all the food that I eat to make sure I fulfil my daily intake as accurate as possible. This I do while still allowing me to eat out with my friends time to time but not to often! During these times I try to estimate the nutrition in the food to my best ability. When I started using this application I even included my vegetables, which I do not do any more as I find it too tedious. I still weight my broccoli when I eat larger amounts. This is not crucial as vegetables are not very calorie dense.
